Understanding how courses taken abroad will fit into your degree plan is an important part of the study abroad process. Many programs, especially direct enroll programs, will have many courses available for students to take to match their interests. However, it can be helpful to see what other students have taken abroad and the credits received at Binghamton University for the classes; click on the lists below to look through courses by course number or by institution.
Please note: This is a list of courses students have taken at the listed institution abroad and the Binghamton course and credit as approved to transfer by an academic advisor. This is not an exhaustive list of what is available at each institution abroad, and additionally some courses below may no longer be available. It is always important that you speak with your academic advisor or academic department to understand how courses taken abroad will fit into your degree plan. *For any course taken abroad to come back to Binghamton as a specific course or requirement for your major, an advisor or faculty member from your academic department needs to sign off on your credit recognition form for the specific Binghamton course*.
Students are strongly encouraged to speak with their academic advisor and department advisor about going abroad. For any course taken abroad to come back to Binghamton as a specific Binghamton course, the student will need signatures on a Credit Approval form, from either their academic adviser or department advisor.
