Ambassador Program Manager Internship
The education abroad ambassador program manager position is a four credit internship (120 hours) per semester through CDCI. The intern must commit to both fall and spring, totaling eight credits of internship over the year. Please note that students at Binghamton University cannot count more than eight credits of internship towards their degree. The intern may fulfill their commitment on a volunteer basis.The ambassador program manager is responsible for overseeing program logistics. The program manager receives training from the previous education abroad program manager to manage communications between IEGI and the ambassadors. The intern also preps and leads (under staff supervision) monthly meetings for extended training, team building, and reflection on their experience abroad as well as the experiences of their ambassador peers. Other responsibilities include organizing and maintaining the ambassador program schedule. Finally, the program manager tables and presents at IEGI information sessions and fairs, the University Downtown Center, and other University events along with their ambassador peers.
